PatternLab is committed to protecting your personal information and being clear and transparent about what information we collect, and how we will use it.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://patternlab.london (the “Site”).

3. What personal information does PatternLab collect?
Device information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

• “Log Files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Account Information
When you register an account, we collect and store; email address; a password; an indication as to whether or not you wish to subscribe to our email Newsletter. Furthermore, we collect and store certain preferences you make, such as but not limited to, your preference between metric or imperial measurements. Your email address is how you identify yourself to our systems. Your password authenticates your access to our systems and is only stored in an encrypted manner. We keep this information until you inform us you want to delete your account. We refer to this information as “Account Information”
Order Information
When making a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect and store certain information about you that is provided to us by PayPal, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment identification information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
Delivery Information
When you download any product from PatternLab, whether paid or unpaid, we collect and store the following information about that activity: your IP address, your account information, the name of any profile or standard size associated with the product and certain internal metrics about the processing of your download. We refer to this information as “Delivery Information”
Profile Information
Additionally, when you create one or more profiles within the Lab, we collect certain information, including the name or profile identifier, up to twenty-six body measurements including height, age and your preference between metric or imperial measurements. We refer to this information as “Profile Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Account Information, Order Information, Delivery information and Profile information.
4. How do we use your personal information?
We use the “Device Information” that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use “Account information” that we collect to help us authenticate access to our systems and determine certain preferences to enhance your experience.
We use the “Order Information” that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping (when necessary), and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, we use this Order Information to; Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; determine rates of taxation; to fulfil statutory requirements for record keeping of taxation records; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

MailChimp
We also use MailChimp to send users, that have signed up to a mailing list, updates about products, services

• You can find an “Unsubscribe instead” option in the footer of every page of the Site, in the section called “Subscribe to our newsletter”
• You can also contact us by email or letter using any of the contact details set out in this notice.
Legal obligations
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Finally, we do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties or affiliate.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. 7. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
8. Storage
All the personal information you provide to us is stored on secure servers situated on multiple servers worldwide.
9. Data Retention
When you place an order, create an account and or profile through the Site, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. An exception to this rule is payment confirmation information received from PayPal, we must keep this information to satisfy statutory audit requirements.
10. What are my rights under data protection legislation?
Data protection legislation provides you with certain rights when it comes to the processing of your information. These rights include the right to access your information, to update incorrect information, to delete your information, to restrict processing of your information, to transfer your information and to object to its processing.
Additionally, if you are a European resident note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
